Jake Daehler's Blog: Another Defective Aquarium Air Pump
This newer one stopped working a couple of weeks ago and since that's less than one year from the date you sent me the last pump -- according to your guarantee -- you owe me another one. I am sending you the replacement air pump you sent me in September of 1988, which replaced the defective one I bought in April of that year. I'd prefer a refund, of course, rather than another of your famous defective pumps, but you ignored my request last go-round so I don't really expect you've grown a conscience in such a short time.
